At MobilRide, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order under certain circumstances. This Cancellation Policy explains the process and conditions for order cancellation.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped.

If the order has not been processed or dispatched, the cancellation request will be approved and a full refund will be initiated.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.

Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

3. Cancellation by MobilRide

MobilRide reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Operational or logistical limitations

In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Estimated refund timelines:

  • UPI: 3–5 Business Days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 Business Days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 Business Days
