At MobilRide, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during transit.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Missing items in the package.

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Remain unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse.
  • Physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Share clear photos or videos of the issue.
  4. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

Approved requests will receive return or replacement instructions.

4. Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified, MobilRide may provide:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (where applicable)

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after successful inspection and approval.

Refund timelines:

  • UPI: 3–5 business days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Wallets: As per provider timelines

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect confirmed

8. Fraudulent Claims

MobilRide reserves the right to reject return, replacement, or refund requests found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy.
